I cannot connect a bank using Quicken even though i am using the correct login information. How?

    what is the bank you are trying to connect ?
    what is the result, error code or message ?

    I canl log onto bank site

    The first time i got a 949(!) errot tenu got a “did you mistype your login info …” error!
