Invoice Line Items and Customer/Project Entries

I need to clean up the line items that appear on invoices. Also, I have duplicate entries in the Customer and Project/Job list. Can these be listed in a report or a "tool" that would let me consolidate and remove unused ones? Seems like a common requirement for people using the business features of Quicken, like me.

    Please take a look at Business tab / Reports / Project/Job by Project and see if that helps.

    Also take a look a Business tab / Business Tools / Project/Job List.

    For a list of your Invoice Line Items please look at Business tab / Business Actions / Invoice and Estimates / View all invoice items.

    "View all invoice items" displays the "Customize Invoice Items" dialog. It's not a robust dialog, but it serves the function.

    For the projects/jobs, the "Project/Job List" serves the function. It is not an intuitive dialog, but after a lot of opening and closing of dialog boxes I was able to accomplish some of what I needed to do.
