Error OL-293-A Morgan Stanley downloads

I have been unable to download transactions from Morgan Stanley since sometime after May 5th. Error message OL-293-A "unexpected information was received from your financial institution".

Initially it said there were no transactions to download, but that is not true. Is anyone else having this problem?

My last successful update from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management was May 4, 2024. I have been unsuccessful in updating on May 11 and today (May 18). All I get is "an error has occurred".

I tried deactivating the connection and deleting account number and Bank name. I then tried to add account using my Morgan Stanley login information.

I got the following
