Quicken Classic - R65.17, Windows 11 PRO current on updates

No solution but same error when trying to add account. I've had this since before 8 Apr 24. At some point this turned into a (think a) CC-929 error. Worked with Quicken without success and they sent it for further diagnosis. Was told I would be contacted when fixed. Never heard back, but eventually, I tired to add again and back to CC-503 error. I now again get the CC-503 error even when I start a whole new file. Best guess is there a bit switched in the quicken account as this does not happen with all Pen Fed Quicken users.
