Reinstalling Quicken Classic Business & Personal - where is the download file?

I am reinstalling Quicken Classic Business & Personal but cannot find the download anywhere on their site. All links lead to the Quicken Classic file, but nothing specific for the Business & Personal version

Why is this so difficult to find?

    the Quicken software EXE is the same for all versions -
    it's your Quicken User ID that dictates what features are actually enabled - and turned on -

    TOTALLY agree where or why isn't it explained anywhere… stupid we need to come to community to ask and get the answers.

    you can go to the Quicken website - or the Quicken Support website - and download the current version of Quicken -

    as mentioned by @Ps56k2 - the software is the same for all versions -
    it's your Quicken ID that dictates which features are enabled.
    Do you have a current active subscription to Quicken ?
