If you don't already have a login for Elan, go to myaccountaccess.com to set one up.

I had mine set up to connect to "Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts" but that stopped working this week. I switched it back to "Elan Financial Services" (that's the company that provides the card for Fidelity) and that's currently working for me.

I seem to hav e lost the thread. My account is set up at myaccountaccess.com and is working perfectly. However, I cannot get Quicken for Mac to recognize the account. Quick will only find or recognize Elan Financial Services. But when I try setting up my account with myaccountaccess.com credentials, Elan FS does not recognize me, even though it sends me a security on my registered cellphone.

Any idea?. Many thanks for your help.

I set up my Fidelity signature Visa on myaccountaccess.com and it works perfectly. Thank you.

However I cannot get Quicken for mac to recognize the account. Quicken only recognizes ElanFinancialServices (not: myaccountaccess.com). When I try anew account with ElanFS, I get a message that Elan does not recognize my account, even though it sent me a code to my registered iPhone. Any ideas?

When you logged into the Elan website did your Fidelity CC show up there?

The account shows up on  myaccountaccess.com, not Elan. Do I have to have an Elan account also?
