Pop-up View - Not displaying End of Month data

When looking at the 12 month view of the budget (under the Budget tab), select current month and a window will pop up for any of the the three category cells: Summary, Income, Expenses. If you select Expenses you have two options (shown as tabs in the pop-up window): "As of Today" and "End of Month."

Today is the 27th day of the month. When I click End of Month, the data shown is unchanged. This experience is consistent across the three pop-up windows mentioned. I have budgeted Subcategories for each Category; and I have set up Bill & Income Reminders for each incoming and outgoing transaction.

I am uncertain which of those two data sources the End of Month tab would draw from, but I expect that when clicked, it would pull the data from the Scheduled Income and Expenses, and update the estimate to reflect the End of Month totals.

What am I missing?

    Are there transactions recorded with dates from 7/27 to 7/31, or scheduled reminders due on those dates?
