Mismatching Transactions [Edited]

This is so frustrating. I've turned off every option ofr this and still this system matches my Bark bill reminder for @$20 to a temp stop transaction just because it's also $20?

Then, it doesn't let you fix the bill reminder because it says, "cannot change date to a date prior to your last payment"! Well, that wasn't actually paid.

I have to keep a list of bills on a spreadsheet just to make sure everything is being paid and not mismatched! This software is supposed to get me away from spreadsheets!
