I'm not a fan of "subscriptions" but the market is what it is. I have no problem paying to renew as there is currently no software comparable to Quicken out there yet to even look at. I do think that Quicken does give you a break when you don't renew by allowing you to continue to use limited features of the subscription versions. The reminders may be annoying but of the many subscription packages I use Quicken is the only one that still will function (though limited) when one doesn't renew.
As far as customer service goes my opinion is that one who doesn't renew a subscription is no longer a current customer but just a previous customer. As a previous customer you still can enjoy the benefits offered in this community too.. That is a plus….
Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.
