Receiving OL-221-A error even after re-install
Good morning, yesterday I posted a problem about the PayPal, Crypto, Mastercard account reverting to Synchrony and that Synchrony does not have any accounts listed.
Today, again during an import, I received the OL-221-A error. First, I performed a Validate and Repair function and there were no errors. Tried another One-step update as well as an import, no luck.
Then I performed a re-install of Quicken. Performed another One-step update and after it failed to download PayPal transactions, another import. Even after that, I'm continuing to get the error message.
Maybe something of importance to add, there's also an OL-221-B error message for the entire box. Not sure if that means anything but we need to get this repaired and other than the reinstall, I have no idea.
Thank you for any help.
Edit:
Just to update the question, I just performed an "Add Account" function after trying to deactivate and reactivate. The account list was displaying synchrony bank account but now displays the correct PayPal, Crypto, Mastercard account that is active. A download was completed without any changes and it did recognize all manually entered transactions to perform a successful reconciliation. We'll see what happens but if it reverts to the Synchrony Bank accounts again, something it continually performs, I'll update the information or start another question.
If you do have information, regardless of the current success, please provide so I may report the proper information next time. Thank you
