downloads from eTrade and Fidelity

Appears that the problem is back, as I had similar issue with IQ CU. This time the d/l of dividends from eTrade and Fidelity are not getting to Quicken. However, deposits and transfers are getting downloaded. I reset the account and that didn't resolve it. I even logged out and back in (see below process) and that didn't work. Please advise
Edit> Preferences> Quicken ID and cloud accounts> sign in as a different user> Type YES> Sign out> (then please use the same Quicken ID and password to sign back in)
