Quicken Windows Premier v. R59.6 manual entry of reinvestments truncated

During 3rd qtr reconciliation of investment accounts, I noticed that many manually entered reinvestments done this year had the shares truncated to 2 decimals, rather then the 3 decimal places entered.

Did not find any similar posts in the Community.

    Where exactly are you seeing this problem? Can you show us on an image snapshot of your Quicken window, please?

    What are your settings regarding decimal places in Edit / Preferences / Reports only?

    UKR, I am seeing this error in the share amount in Investments, after manually entering the 3-decimal share amount in the Enter Transaction dialog of an investment. It appears that something happened sometime this year on many manually transactions. I cannot show the error now because I fixed them all.

    My settings are to show 3 decimal places in the edit/ preferences/ reports only.

    Thanks for the response. I only noticed this on reconciliation of share balances from 3rd quarter reports.
