Quicken File reverted to last download date in February

I opened up Quicken last week and the last download date showed February. Something is wrong as I have downloaded, reconciled and assigned categories every couple of weeks. The online version of my Quicken date shows that activity into September - downloads with categories applied and reconciled. When I attempted to sync with web version to fix it it just overwrote the online verison so now both version are missing all the data going back to February.

First, I would turn of syncing to Mobile & Web. Then, restore the last known-good backup. Leave Mobile & Web off as that's probably what corrupted your file.
