Transaction "attachment" icon improvements

Right now the little paperclip will be shown if a transaction has an attachment or if that transaction is selected. The latter is really annoying because I have to click on another transaction to check if the transaction I was currently working on (and had previously selected) actually has an attachment. Either don't show the attachment icon unless there's actually something attached to the transaction, or differentiate it somehow. A good example is the "expensed" column - the E doesn't show up unless you actually double click that column, otherwise it shows Exp - do something similar with the attachment column please.
