Can Only add one Simple Pretax deduction to a paycheck

I recently rebalanced My Simple IRA through Capital Group. So now it has 3 Funds instead of 1. For whatever reason these are treated as 3 separate accounts in Quicken instead of one. So, I now have everything setup in Quicken for these accounts I went to my recuring paycheck entry to adjust my contributions to the IRA for the way it's balanced, only to find I cannot add a second entry.
Why is this not possible? Should Quicken not be able to imitate what is happening in real life?
Or if someone can tell me how to have 1 account in Quicken for my 3 funds from the same company. that would be great too.
