Twice monthly income reminders do not show in annual budget view twice per month (only one shows)

This topic has been brought up multiple times, and each time it is closed with no resolution. A paycheck set up as twice monthly (15th and last day) does not show up in the annual budget view for future months for both monthly occurences. It only shows the first occurence each month. Another paycheck set up as biweekly show up properly in the annual budget view for all future occurences. Not sure why this isn't addressed, as it has been pointed out several times in previous discussions.

Yes, I've tried validating, supervalidating, deleting paychecks and redoing.
