I'd like to make some global changes to my list.

One by one is kind of slow. Is there some way of editing the whole list?

Options has some sort of maintenance, but nothing happens there.

Any thoughts and thanks for listening …

    Hold down the CTRL key as you click on entries to bulk change entries.

    You can multi-select payees but then there are only 4 choices for what to do (when you right click) - Delete, Lock, Never Auto-Categorize this payee and Show in Calendar. You can also use search at the top to assist with selecting payees but again you only have a few options.

    What kind of "global" changes are you looking to make? The only global change I could think of would be switching all payees from one category to another but that is not currently possible.

    Quicken Windows user since 1993.

    I was trying to get some of my memos consistent, and maybe categories, etc. Nothing major.

    And doing it line by line is OK. My friend is select and 'paste'!
