How can I print a blank register

Quicken Mac Other Member ✭✭

I want to enter my transactions manually with larger entry lines than a regular checkbook register. My hands don’t work as well as they used to.

I'm really at a loss to understand, if you are using Quicken, why you'd want to print a blank register on paper and fill it out by hand with a pen or pencil. Or do I still not understand the question?

That said, if all you want to do is to print a register that duplicates the blank booklet that banks provide, or the blank register that is printed on the back of some bank statements, then Quicken is not the answer. I think the easiest way to do this would be to make a register in a spreadsheet program such as Excel or Numbers (included with macOS). Make the columns and spacing whatever you want and then print that.

If you do a web search for “printable check register” there are plenty of downloadable ones already out there, so you can probably find one you like without having to roll your own.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Printing a blank register is not going to help you enter data into Quicken.

However, if larger lines within the program are the issue, you can click menu View > Register Text & Row Settings. Here you will be able to adjust the text size (up to 19 point) and the line spacing. Hope that helps.

If this is about printing a register larger, then when the print dialog comes up, set the Scaling to something greater than the default 100% as needed.

I’ll try and make my question a little clearer. I want to print a blank register from Quicken that will allow me to fill in the columns manually. I do this now in the register provided me from my bank, but I find the lines are too small for me to legibly make the entries (dates, check number, payee, etc.). I just want to have unfilled register entries a little larger so I can manually enter them for my records . Hope this helps, sorry for the confusion
