Transactions from Certain Accounts Missing from Spending by Category Pie Chart

I have seen related discussions but they seem to be closed with no resolution applicable to my problem. I have a cash account setup to track a reward card from a retailer. Transactions for this card are entered manually. Transactions in this account do not show in the subject pie chart yet they do show in a Spending by Category report. I have a second cash account to track cash on hand. Transactions from this account do show in the pie chart. I see no difference in how the two accounts are setup. I have tried experiments setting up a manual credit card account with the same result as for the reward card cash account. This compromises the value of the pie chart tile if this cannot be resolved.

    The pie chart is part of the Dashboard under the Home tab, for others to find…

    @LagunaPhil have you clicked the "…" 3 dots menu to the right of the Spending by Category tile to verify that All Account (default) is selected? If it is, then try "Selected Accounts" which lets you select Separate and Hidden accounts and see if the missing cash account is shown there…and check it to include it.
