Multiple Workflow Suggestions for Quicken LifeHub (QLH)

- QLH should not be a separate platform from Quicken for Mac (QFM) or Windows (QFW). It should be integrated into each platform. It can be part of a premium service. I would gladly pay the additional subscription fee. To that end, QLH should have a tab along the top of the page along side: Home, Reports, Budgets, etc.
- I found it cumbersome having to enter contact and account information, then connect those dots to each other. If QLH was part of the suggested premium service, all account, contact, beneficiary, password information would be added during account set up in QFM or QFW.
- QLH should have an “interview” as part of the setup, i.e., single, married, have minor or adult children, employer(s), do you manage the affairs of an elderly parent, do you have an executor, do you serve as an executor, beneficiaries, etc.
- It should be accessible on desktop, mobile and web.
- I don’t think QLH should “store” medical records. However, it should seamlessly integrate with medical portals such as Epic’s MyChart patient portal.
- Estate planning should be part of the “interview” mentioned above. Do you have a will? If not, provide a partner link to a legal service that will help the user through that process and store the docs in QLH. Updates at the partner link should automatically be reflected in QLH. If you already have an estate plan, the partner access would be available for review of current plan (separate fee) or the user could upload the current docs to QLH as it does now.
- Grant read only, executor, or full access permissions from within QFM or QFW.
