anyone struggling in updating
Qucken Classic:
Sometimes Qucken does not update, or some accounts do not update EG Bank accounts. I have spoken to Customer service (hours). I came up with
- Delete account and add it again
Is anyone else having difficulty sync accounts?

That does not appear to be sound advice. Or you misunderstood the support person.
When you delete an account you delete the entire transaction history with it.
That's not necessary.
What you should have done instead is to deactivate the account (without deleting all the already existing transaction history) and then, using the Add Account process, reactivate the account to reestablish your download connection.0 -

It is not intuitive software and these glitches are commonplace, such that this error I have called many times before. On the community page I see that others have too. Really hope they read the community page and improve it.
