Ability to attach files AND/OR URLs to a transaction

This might be done by adding a new "file/url" field, or by simply recognizing that if the filename begins with "http…" that it's probably a URL

  Really like the option supporting a path to a file on the computer's folder / file system. That will reduce the size of the Quicken data file and while retaining the original document.
