@BK Your fix worked for me but I had to do an additional step. After connecting via Direct Connect using your screenshots I had to go to Edit Account Details and on the General Tab I was now able to change it from Simple Tracking to Complete and that did the trick. All my transactions are visible again. Thank you

This process works but you will need to go back into account details and change to "Complex" (it's no longer grayed out).
