Make Subtab of Planning Tab Customizable

I'd like to see the Subtabs of the Planning Tab be customizable. For example, one subtab is called "Savings Goal". I'd like to be able to change that to something like "Bucket Lists" … or something similar! I tend to set up these "bucket" accounts to put fund into for things like a new car, estimated taxes, vacation rental, etc. It's true that they are "savings goals", but they tend to be more short-term and specific.
