    The problem, as far as I can see it, appears to be that downloaded data does appear to be rounded and does not exactly calculate correctly.

    7.294 * 11.87 = 86.579

    To make for a correct transaction, the price per share must not be entered. It must be allowed to be calculated so that number of shares and total price are used to calculate price per share to as many decimal places as the program allows:

    86.58 / 7.294 = 11.87003

    This way, dollar amounts do not have fractional cents in the calculation and account balances match
