Web-Connect Issue with numerous accounts

Over the past three day, twice Quicken Web-Connect has been unable to connect to accounts like AMEX, Chase, CitiBank, BoA, and Charles Schwab. In both instances, after completing the download, each of those accounts have a circle with a slash beside them.

To correct the issue, twice I've had to go into each account using the "Rest Account" option to re-activate the account.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or understand why this is occurring?

  • @ChrisD to clarify, are you downloading a transaction file from your financial institutions and uploading the file to Quicken? This is Web Connect. Or, are you using One Step Update (OSU) to automatically download transactions from within Quicken (Direct Connect, or Express Web Connect)?

    Also, what error codes are you seeing? From what you describe, it sounds like CC-800 errors.
