Now what, Quicken?

Now what's going on? During a standard download I start getting the above message for a bunch of very old transactions. What's going on and should I click 'yes' or 'no'?

And now I have a bunch of duplicate, but uncleared, transactions.

@Jeff Schwarz normally, one would answer "No" to that question, but in your case, the appropriate answer would be "Yes" because the transactions are very old. If you answered "No" in your case, that would have caused the duplicates.
How did the transactions get downloaded?
