Account update doesn't work with Citicard

I'm on v8.2.1 and Mac OS 15.5. I don't know that it's ever worked correctly, but when I update my Citicard account it's nowhere close to the balance I see if I log into my Citi account. As I write this, Quicken is showing an account balance that is $2,700 more than what Citi shows. I guess it's not a huge deal, but it is irritating as can be.

    Have you verified and, if necessary, corrected the account's Opening Balance transaction?
    It appears there's a bug in Quicken which will mess up this transaction's amount.
