Wells Fargo has dropped support for mortgage data to Quicken as of April/May 2025 it seems

Just an FYI as I was just on the phone with Wells Fargo customer service. When they made their recent changes (April/May 2025) that require you to re-authorize your "connected app" configuration, it seems they also decided to stop supporting mortgage accounts from being synched with Quicken. Even trying to re-add the mortgage account fails.

    @Pedro that doesn't surprise me. Online mortgage loans are limited. They do not have a payment schedule or payment register that shows payment transactions. For full mortgage loan tracking, it is recommend that a manual mortgage loan be set up.

    Wells Fargo also has available an online escrow account where you can review and verify escrow deposits, property tax and insurance payments. With setting up a manual mortgage on Quicken, you can also set up an escrow account as well. You can't do this with an online mortgage loan.
