American Express Connection Issue
I have a subscription to Quicken Deluxe for Windows (Release R2.16). About a week ago, I had most of my banks have issues. I was able to resolve Chase and Citibank, but American Express has continued to have issues. I have disconnected and tried re-connecting and it continues to fail.
I can authenticate and see the accounts I want to add (Delta Amex Card and two HYSA), but when I select them it provides the error:
"Sorry, the sign in failed due to time out or a connection error. Select Sign In to authenticate via your web browser."
I can also download transactions for the HYSA and it throws an error:
"Quicken is unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. Please try again later."
I'm up for renewal in a few weeks, and these connection errors are continuing to happen more and more often.

@APinSLC do all your accounts with Amex have the same sign-on? If so, have you tried deactivating all of them first before you attempt to reconnect? Also, if you are using "Set up now" on the Online Services tab of Account Details, try using "Add Account" instead.

I was using the 'Add Account' but will deactivate them all and then try to add them together.
