Why doesn't the Quicken icon show up on home screen any longer?

Suddenly the Quicken icon on home screen has disappeared. To access Quicken, I now type it into the search bar. This began about 3 weeks ago very random. How can I get it back on the home screen?

    @Mary108 are you referring to the Windows Start Menu?

    If so, click on "All" under the search bar, to the right. You will see a list of all your apps. Scroll down until you find Quicken. Then right click on it and you will see some options. It will either say "Pin to Start" or "Unpin from Start". If it says "Pin to Start", click on it and it will then be placed on your Start Menu. If it says "Unpin from Start" then that means it's already on your Start Menu, but maybe hidden.

    To find the Quicken icon, you might need to scroll down to the next pages to find it. The easiest thing to do is use your scroll wheel on your mouse, if you have one. Otherwise you can use your down arrow.

    @Mary108 I forgot to mention that it you want to move the Quicken icon up to the top of the Start Menu, just use your mouse to drag it up to the top of the menu.
