Can't add USAA credit card after restore from backup

Using Quicken Classic (Release R63.20) for Windows (10). Following prompts to add USAA Federal Savings Bank credit card. Clicking "Sign In" at "USAA Federal Savings Bank needs you to authorize your accounts" leads to the following error webpage:

Please resolve or provide advice. Thank you.

    Thanks for the clue. I was using Firefox. Switched to Edge and that resolved the problem.

    @pdl glad it worked. It seems like either MS Edge or Chrome work best with the authorization process.
