Stock Lots Not Displaying

I've been using Quicken for 25+ years and never run into this: after a recent update, my stock purchase lots no longer display - I only see a total. I've spent a couple of hours trying to "fix" this to no avail. How do I get my stock purchase lots to display again?

    If you are referring to a portfolio view (Ctrl-u), the view needs to be grouped by account, then you can click the plus next to the security name or use the Expand all button.
