How to fix a transfer transaction that is showing different amounts in each account?

I have a split transaction that is a paycheck. One of the components is a transfer to a retirement account. In the checking account side, the transfer amount is correct. However, when I open the linked transaction in the retirement account (it is a transfer to a 401k), the amount is different. How is this happening and how to fix?

    @GregCote if you right click on each side of the transfer transactions and select "Go to matching transaction" does it take you to the correct linked transfer in the other account?
