The new "Memorized Payee" check mark when entering a new transaction is irritating

I would prefer to opt-in when needed rather than unchecking the box for each new transaction. How can I turn this off????

@Kolbird click on Edit→Preferences→Data entry and Quickfill. Is "Automatically memorize new payees" selected? If so, uncheck it, and click "OK". I think the assumption is that you are automatically memorizing new payees, so would need to opt-out. By unselecting the option, you are then opting in.

@Kolbird after doing more testing on that checkbox, I found that by simply unchecking that box will keep it unchecked until you check it again. That "Automatically memorize new payees" setting doesn't seem to control it.
