Program Freezing during Online Update

    I have been unable to download/reconcile my Schwab account statements since Nov 2023. When I connect through Quicken the SW checks my accounts consolidated under one pswd) and them the program freezes and I am unable to do anything further in Quicken and have to close the Quicken file (via task manager) before I can do any other action within Quicken. I will attempt to share a pic of the frozen screen.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    That due to enhanced security features, CS changed their their connection protocols with SW like Quicken to validate secure access. I also encountered the same issue with Truist. I would like to retain my historical account info with any resolutions offered. Tks
