After DECADES of successfully syncing my Discover Card account with Quicken, I am suddenly getting CC-503 errors here too!!

I can sign into the bank website so I know I have the correct login/password, but when I tried to re-add the account using the same credentials I get this:

I now have EIGHT accounts that no longer sync with Quicken. It started with Nordstrom and that's been since November 2024.

Can't promise this works for you, but several years back had similar sign-in problems with some accounts. Might try this: Go to your Discover account, click on Gear Icon in upper right hand corner. Click Edit Account Details,

Opps, accidental post. Now to continue 😁 Then click Online Services. Then click Reset Account and follow instructions. MAYBE this works for you? Anyway did for me few years back. Good Luck.

There is no "reset account" because when I go to the gear icon>online services I get THIS:

A tad late getting back, been busy. "Sorry about that", as Maxwell T. Smart would say; if you remember that Ole TV Show, "Get Smart"? 🤔 Anyway, back to topic at hand. EIGHT Accounts don't synch to Quicken, WOW, that's a MAJOR MALFUNCTION problem 😯 Understand now you can't link Discover (and others) to Quicken. It would be impossible to get logged in, therefore impossible to Reset Accounts. Just thinking out loud here (so to speak). MAYBE call the accounts you have that cannot synch to Quicken to see if those accounts are locked, and if so, have them unlocked. Could be that MAY help, since you are having problems with so many now??? Otherwise, (and this is a BIG HASSEL & RISKY I understand) the current Quicken File you have is corrupted. So, ONLY DO THIS as a LAST RESORT! Or you could LOSE EVERYTHING! Delete the current file Completely and open another File, then repopulate it with your Back Up file? That's the extent of my knowledge on this situation. Hopefully some others on this blog log on and lend you a hand. Some of the Ole Timers here have much more knowledge and experience with Quicken than yours truly. In somewhat of a similar situation, I somehow LOST (as is OBLITERATED) my ENTIRE QUICKEN FILE; but, with help from folks here, still managed to FIND IT and get it back up online, SOMEHOW! Still don't know exactly how I did it 🤣 Sincerely, good luck to you.
