Quicken Classic for Windows Crashes clicking on Bills & Income

For MONTHS now whenever I click on the Bills & Income tab, the program crashes/freezes and the only fix is to end the process in the task manager. I have reported this MANY times and no update has fixed it!!

That is most likely a data file issue.

I would suggest

Quick test of create a new empty data file and see if still crashes. Yes means the instalation and no means data file.

If the program, try installing the current mindo file from the update page or uninstall and reinstall.

If datafile

Validate and super validate

See if fixed.

If not, try the copy file which recreates the file but disconnects online access so would need to be reconnected.
