I continue having problems with Quicken duplicating transactions. I tried Empower (computer and app) and the results were right — they match the bank and my manual calculations.
Has anyone come up with a way to prevent duplicates? This is a fairly new problem. I've used Quicken for years and never had the problem before.

I don't receive any duplicates (of downloaded transactions, I assume you mean). I would start troubleshooting your Quicken configuration and/or program installation for signs of corruption.
