Lost reconciliation window
went to reconcile, clicked on transactions. Came back next day. Those transactions have a c beside them. Reconcile window is blank. I think/hope I could simply unreconcile each transaction and try again, but this is a credit card statement with about 100 transactions.

@donglenn43 - go to the CC account register and highlight all the transactions with a 'c', by clicking the first transaction, then hold Shift and click the last one in the group. This selects everything in between.
Then, right click anywhere in the group of selected transactions and select "Reconcile status" and then click on "Not reconciled". That should remove the 'c' for the whole group.
If you want to select multiple transactions that are not in a group, just hold Ctrl and click on each transaction you want to select.
After this is done, you can redo the reconciliation. The handy shortcut to use is "Ctrl-R"

When you start the Reconcile dialog, what is used as the "Statement Ending Date"? It may have been set to an old date from the last successful reconcile, not a recent date … and that may be why the "c" transactions don't show in the Reconcile transaction detail window.
IMHO, you should always finish a reconcile and not let it sit unfinished overnight.

I have been using Quicken since mid 1980's. I doubt that is the problem but thanks for the suggestion.

Your answer was terrific. While it did not recover the numbers in the reconciliation window (Ctrl+R) it saved a lot of time unreconciling about 100 transactions. Wow, what a timesavings. Thanks so much.

@donglenn43 you are very welcome. Hopefully now though, you can get past this reconciliation hiccup and be able to get back on track.
