How can I? Navy Federal Credit Union -- two separate logins, business and personal
I've been using quicken since 1992, but I am truly stumped with this one. I have personal & business accounts with NFCU. When I logon through the web or NFCU app, they have a toggle which allows me to see the personal accounts (credit card, checking), OR to see the business checking. I do not see them all at one time on one page, it's one or the other.
Problem: when I use direct connect in quicken, it does not allow me to see all of the accounts, actually just the personal accounts. I could, in theory, create a second, separate login to the NFCU web portal, but Quicken does not give me the option to have a "second" discreet logon for NFCU. When I try to setup the business checking account, it assumes that it is the same logon as the existing personal accounts. I do get to see a list of accounts, but the business checking is not shown.
Am I the first person to encounter this problematic combination of Quicken and using NFCU for business and personal accounts?
Thank you for helping!!!

My guess is that there isn't a way to resolve this particular problem (at least not right now). Also, have you tried connecting the nfcu investment services options when you search for financial institutions? Who knows, maybe they slot their business accounts into that service.
