Wells Fargo transactions did not download
None of my transactions downloaded for any of my accounts from June 26-July 9 into Quicken. I have transactions before June 26 and after July 10. Any suggestions?

@MikeB-CA please provide some additional information -
- How many accounts do you have with Wells Fargo?
- What account types (Banking, Investment, Mortgage)?
- What connection method (Web Connect, Direct Connect, Express Web Connect+)?
Do you remember if there was any action or event that triggered the transactions to stop and restart downloading?
Open your Account List (Ctrl-A) to find the connection method in the "Transaction Download" column.

Hello,
I have seven banking accounts with Wells Fargo. I am connecting through Direct connect. I had already seen the article so I tried deactivating and reactivating, and then updating the accounts, but still no success.
I tried to think what might have changed, however I was on vacation during this time - so nothing that I can think of. I also found it odd that it suddenly started back up on July 10.

@MikeB-CA did you access your Wells Fargo accounts in Quicken or online when you were on vacation? Did you get any alerts from Wells Fargo? Sometimes when Wells Fargo notices a sign on or activity from a different location, they will take action to secure you accounts to prevent fraud.
Nevertheless, the only way I can think of to get the transactions to download for that time period is to add those accounts to Quicken as new temporary accounts (separate from your existing accounts), using "Add Account", and then move transactions you need (6/26/25 - 7/09/25) to the existing accounts. After you are done, you can delete the temporary accounts.
If the transactions don't automatically download when you add the new temporary accounts, you may need to download the transactions manually.
If you don't have a lot of transactions for that time period, it might be easier for some accounts at least, to manually add them to Quicken.
One other thing to note - you may not be able to add the new temporary accounts until you deactivate the existing accounts first.
