How to post a credit on a credit card

My brain is a marshmellow. A refund from my insurance company was made to the credit card that I originally used. When it came in I posted it to original category, Insurance:Automobile, that the original payment was posted to. The dollar amount is a credit on the credit card and I want to have that amount refunded as I am not using that card right now. The CC company just made an electronic payment to my checking account for the amount, so everything is good. I just can't figure out how to enter this transaction. Any ideas?

Thanks,

@Bobbo - just do a transfer from your credit card account to your checking account. That will get your credit card account back down to zero (or where it was) and then show the refund amount in your checking account.
