Nordstrom card transactions downloaded incorrectly

I just tried re-activating my Nordstrom card for online download. The account sign-in now works (asking for 2 factor auth), but charges are coming across as payments. auto-reconcile "balances" to the online balance, so Quicken is also seeing the wrong sign for the account balance. Latest version of quicken for windows. any fix for this or should i just go back to manual?
