BOFA Visa

Quicken is consistently not communicating with BOFA Visa. It will be fine for a few weeks, then it stops. In the past I have had success resting my account, or deactivating, then re-activating it, and I have also reset my cloud data. None of that has worked. What's going on? Help.

  • @Mike Judd - would you be able to provide a bit more information?

    • What version/release of Quicken are you using? Click on Help → About Quicken.
    • What financial institution name are you using to connect the Visa account? What connection method? Go to your Account List (Ctrl-A) and this information is in the "Transaction Download" and "Financial Institution Name" columns.
    • When is the last time you were able to download transactions successfully? Look in the "Last Download" column.
    • What error messages or error codes do you get when the download fails?

This information will help with determining the cause of your issue and the troubleshooting steps to take.
