Budgeting Tool - Make it CASHFLOW sensitive

Allow a two prong (but combined) approach to budgeting. Currently there are annual numbers sliced into monthly amounts. For cashflow planning allow certain entries should be able to be added as a single month amount. Budgeting needs to be cash flow sensitive. For example, slicing up subscriptions in individual monthly amounts is useless. Users should be able to see when renewals are coming up and plan for potentially large accumulated renewals in one month.

If I understand your idea, budget tool already does what you are asking. If you have expenses that hit in a particular month or months then you can place them when they are expected to post. No need to distribute a one-time expense over 12 months. The image below shows the annual view.
