Ameriprise Savings Account not downloading into Quicken

We opened a new Savings Account at Ameriprise Financial a couple days ago & Quicken Classic Deluxe (Windows 10 Release R63.21) is unable to locate the new account.
I manually added the account but unable to link it to One Step Update.

    @eneranch what financial institution are you trying to connect with? I am using "American Express" and I have no issues connecting my AmEx HYS.

    It could be also that it takes some time before your new account is available.
