No Transactions from Merrill Lynch
For about a week when I run a OSU Quicken connects to Merrill Lynch without error and reports that no transactions found. But when I logon the Merrill web site I see them. Specifically these are dividends that I have automatically transferred into my Wells Fargo checking account.
Normally Merrill reports 4 transactions for each dividend. On the first day there is a Dividend which puts the cash into my Merrill account, immediately followed by a Misc Expense which removes it. The next day there is a Misc Income when then money is put back in my Merrill account and then a Withdrawal when it is removed. On that day there is corresponding Deposit it into my Wells Fargo checking account
Is anyone else seeing this or have an idea how to fix it? I don’t bother calling Merrill for problems with Quicken. Then just say they don’t support 3rd party software and/or tell me to switch my checking to Bank of America. That is a non starter for me since BoA doesn’t support Quicken online billpay.

@Marvin Gardens for what it is worth, I have my Chase checking account downloaded with no problems, but when I tried to set up my Merrill Lynch accounts I ran into similar issues you are having. I found it easier to just enter my Merrill Lynch transactions manually, this way I enter just one transaction in the account register, I use "_DivInc" and it correctly categorizes my dividend income and transfers funds into my case a money market account. Not a very technical solution, but I found it easier as I got tied of cleaning up clutter, or looking for missing information.

I may have to go that route. I disabled online access for my BoA & Merrill accounts. Then I enabled it for BoA and then Merrill. Everything worked fine for a week or so and nowI am no longer getting Merrill downloads.
I don’t have a lot of transactions. Mostly dividends. But I really don’t want to have to log onto Merrill every day to see if there is anything new.
It might be time to punt Merrill & BoA.

I am having the same problem. Originally, after the recent software change the transactions were mapped to the wrong accounts and I had to manually correct them all. I deauthorized and the reauthorized my ML accounts and now I get no transactions, even thought there have been dozens. Very frustrating.
