Quick pay Billers disappear after re-entering info

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I went through the process to enter the requested update information for two of my billers for quick pay. The biller is found but the address differs from the paper statement. I don't know if this is significant. I selected the only provided address and it seemed successful, but they disappeared from my list and after waiting a few days they have not come back. Tried updating.
Win 11, Classic R64.19

They must have fixed something, my remaining account re-connect worked today.
