Clear or reconcile transaction when entering reminder

When I entering a reminder it would be nice if I had the option to set the transaction to cleared or reconciled at the same time. Currently, it is multiple step process:

  1. Enter transaction
  2. Reconcile or clear
  3. Save

Having the option to clear or reconcile as part of the "Enter Reminder" dialog would make things much simpler.

    May I ask why you want to immediately mark a newly recorded transaction as cleared or reconciled?

    The cleared or reconciled flag usually is used in conjunction with downloading cleared transactions from the bank and to perform the monthly reconcile process, i.e., compare your Quicken account register with the monthly bank statement.
    IMHO, it shouldn't be necessary to manually set the c/R flag for any other purposes as a matter of routine.
